What happens when I purchase a plan?
Once you purchase a plan, you’ll get an email from me with a questionnaire to fill out and possibly some other documents to provide depending on what plan you choose. Once you provide all of those, I will get to working on your plan. Plans usually take no more than 24-48 hours depending on time of day, weekend, etc.
I finished my plan and I want to extend my coaching, what are my options?
If you finish your plan and you want to immediately continue your coaching, I offer a discounted rate to continue working with me. Many clients require additional weeks to achieve the results they desire. All you have to do is let me know!
What is your refund policy?
I do not offer refunds. If you sign up to work with me, make sure you are 100% ready and in the right financial state to afford it. If you have a problem with anything, make sure you reach out so I can fix it!
What payment options do you offer?
I offer PayPal as my only checkout option. If you don’t have a PayPal, that’s ok! You can easily checkout as a guest through PayPal with your credit card or debit card. All payments are safe and trusted through PayPal Holdings, Inc. Happy shopping!

How long do e-mail replies take?
Yes, within reason. With “Macros” you have a lot of flexibility. If you choose a “Meal Plan”, when you fill out your questionnaire, you will have the option of choosing what carbs, fats, and proteins you like from a list I provide. If you have a specific food you must have, I will do my best to make it work!
Can I choose what foods I like and dislike?
